Green Thumb Scapes is a family-run garden care business based in Noosa. We work across residential homes, holiday rentals and commercial properties, and we’re known for reliable service, high standards, and horticulture-led garden care. If you enjoy physical outdoor work, take pride in leaving a site looking sharp, and like working as part of a small, supportive crew, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re always open to meeting great people for field-based garden care roles (part-time, casual, or full-time depending on availability). You’ll work in a team on regular maintenance (mowing, edging, hedging, weeding, clean-ups) and occasional garden makeover work. Experience in gardening, landscaping or labouring is favoured, but a strong work ethic, reliability and a good attitude matter most. You will have the opportunity for training from our lead horticulturist and career development.
