Garden makeovers & Upgrades
Horticulturist-led garden development that improves structure, health and presentation
Practical upgrades that Add value to your property
Our garden developments concentrate on changes that deliver the biggest lift in appearance and usability for a realistic investment. You can keep your existing hard landscaping – we focus on the plants, beds and presentation that sit around it:
Reset and clean-up:
Remove overgrowth, weeds, green waste, tired edging and anything that’s no longer working
Garden bed structure:
Reshape and define garden beds, improve layout, and create cleaner lines around lawns, paths and plants
Lawn recovery and edges:
Where lawns can be salvaged we apply lawn treatments and weed control to bring it back to health
Planting and soil improvement:
Treat soil health and select and install plants suited to coastal conditions, soil type and how you use the space
Mulching and finishing:
Mulch selection and installation for moisture control, weed suppression and a finished look
Small-scale landscape construction: Simple upgrades that lift function and presentation (e.g. edging, small borders, minor features)
Garden upgrades that last
Not every property needs a full landscape design to look and function better. Often the biggest improvements come from correcting structure, refreshing beds, and installing plants that actually suit Noosa’s coastal climate and your lifestyle. Done well, garden development reduces the “constant catch-up” cycle and makes maintenance simpler and more predictable.
Our approach focuses on practical upgrades with long-term payoff: we remove what’s not working, strengthen what is, and improve the garden from the soil up. The result is a cleaner, more balanced outdoor space that presents better immediately, supports healthier growth over time, and adds to the overall feel and value of the property.

FAQs — answers to common questions
How is this different to a full landscape design?
Our work focuses on practical improvements to existing gardens — beds, planting, mulch and presentation with some small structural changes — rather than major structural changes. If your project requires significant hardscaping or drainage redesign, we can recommend specialist landscape designers.
Do I need to commit to ongoing maintenance?
No – it is completely optional. However most homes are best served by fortnightly or monthly visits to preserve your garden development investment. We’ll recommend a frequency after seeing your property, and we can adjust it with you over time according to the gardens needs and seasonality.
Can you work in stages to suit my budget?
Yes. Many clients prefer to tackle high-impact areas first – for example, front garden for street appeal or to get a home sale ready – then address other areas later. We plan so that each stage stands alone but contributes to the bigger picture.
Who supplies plants and materials?
We can source all plants and materials, or work with plants you’ve chosen. Our recommendations prioritise long-term health and manageability.
How long does a typical makeover take?
Timeframes depend on garden size and the scope of work. Smaller projects may be completed in a day; more involved makeovers might run over several visits. We’ll provide a realistic timeline along with your quote.
