Can you work across multiple properties and locations?

Yes. Many of our holiday rental clients manage a portfolio of homes around Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Sunshine Beach and surrounding suburbs. We build runs that group properties sensibly, so you can rely on consistent standards across your entire list rather than juggling different providers.

We work with your existing key safes and access arrangements. During onboarding we agree on how access will work for each property, including any alarm codes or gate instructions, and record that securely in our system so visits run smoothly without you needing to attend in person.

If we notice damage or issues, such as broken pots or trampled beds we photograph them and report them to you. That way, you have evidence for owner discussions or bond claims.

Yes. We can invoice per property or as a consolidated invoice with line items per address, depending on what suits your systems. If you need wording tailored for owner statements, let us know during setup, and we will build that into our templates.
Pricing depends on property size, complexity, frequency, and the amount of initial work required.
